01 Compact size supports rapid switching and transportation

Transportation dimensions (length x width x height): 16,000 x 3,050 x 3,800 mm.

02 Expandable hopper and efficient grizzly feeder

The design features a large feed hopper, which can be raised to a capacity of 9 m³. It is suitable for uniform feeding by various medium-sized and large excavators and loaders.

The base plate is made of 16 mm wear-resistant steel, capable of withstanding the intense impact of large and hard raw materials.

Double stepped vibrating pre-sieving, efficiently separating fine materials and clay-containing raw materials.

03 Large feed inlet, deep-chamber type crusher unit

• 1100 mm * 850 mm ultra-large feed inlet. The recommended maximum feed size is 680 mm.

• Optimized deep-chamber type crushing machine structure, with a 8% higher height compared to similar products, resulting in greater processing capacity.

• 36 mm large stroke, flexible adjustment of the discharge port range, processing capacity ranging from 190 to 650 t/h

• Low-speed reverse main unit design, easy access for cleaning and maintenance.

04. Diesel engine with Euro IV emission standard

The engine directly drives the generator and hydraulic pump.

Electricity is exclusively used for the equipment crushing and screening process, and the hydraulic system precisely controls the movements such as equipment movement and folding extension.

• Frequency conversion start-up + bypass operation mode, with more stable performance.

• Engine power: 272 kW; Equipment installed power: 195 kW.

05 Ultra-wide belt, maximizing discharge height

The main conveyor belt width is 1,200 mm.
