02 Large-capacity hopper and variable-frequency feeding

The equipment is equipped with a 4 m³ large-capacity feed hopper and a 3 m feeding height, making it more suitable for direct feeding by excavators or loaders.

The belt feeder is selected with a 1,100 mm belt width, featuring a large conveying capacity.The C-30DS adopts variable frequency system to control feeding speed according to crusher cavity level.

03 The cone crusher

The standard coarse cavity design of the crushing unit allows for a maximum feed size of 210 millimeters.The processing capacity can reach up to 400 t/h.

The crushing unit offers multiple cavity options, enabling a wider range of applications.

04 Energy-saving and environmentally friendly

Diesel engines meeting the IV emission standards directly drive the generator and hydraulic pump.

Electricity is exclusively supplied to the equipment for the crushing and screening processes. The hydraulic system precisely controls the movements such as the equipment's movement, folding, and extension.

The engine power of the equipment is 400 kW. In the external power supply mode, energy consumption is reduced by 40%.
