01 Compact design for easy transfer and transportation

Transportation dimensions (length × width × height) : 15,400 × 3,200 × 3,700 mm

Working dimensions (length × width × height) : 15,400 × 6,000 × 4,700 mm

The equipment does not need to be disassembled during transportation. It can be flexibly moved within the construction site and is suitable for use in narrow operation areas such as urban demolition sites and mountainous mining areas.

02 Expandable hopper and efficient grizzly feeder

All kinds of small and medium-sized excavators and loaders can continuously and evenly supply materials to the feed hopper.

The feed hopper is made of thickened high-strength alloy steel, which is wear-resistant and shock-proof, and has a longer service life.

03 Feature a high crushing ratio and large stroke

The specification of the jaw crusher feed port is 1,060 mm * 700 mm. The recommended maximum feed size is 560 mm.

The discharge port is 70 - 200 mm in size and can be adjusted flexibly to meet the requirements of different particle sizes of the end products.

04 Driven by dual-power

Equipped with a Cummins  engine and paired with a Mecc Alte generator.The dual power can be freely switched. When operating with external power supply, fuel consumption is significantly reduced. Compared to hydraulic-driven crushing equipment, energy consumption is notably lower, resulting in lower long-term construction costs.

05 Belt conveyor for material discharging or transferring to further processing

The main conveyor belt width is 1,000 mm, the discharge height is 2,900 mm, the belt speed is 2 m/s.

Adequate discharge height is reserved to provide sufficient space for stacking materials. The  end products can be piled up in large quantities, reducing the frequency of transportation vehicles' back-and-forth trips and improving the overall efficiency of the production line.
