01 Integrated Structure

The J11D integrates three functions: feeding, pre-scalping and crushing. It achieves immediate commissioning on-site and eliminates disassembly requirements for relocation.

The engine directly drives the generator and hydraulic pump, resulting in a compact and lightweight power system.

It features a dual-power mode combining diesel and external power, allowing for flexible switching based on the construction site conditions.

03 Variable-frequency feeding system

The J-11D is equipped with a variable-frequency feeding system,which can adjust the feeding rate according to hardness and particle size of materials.

The level sensor monitors crusher cavity level and optimizes the feeding, effectively avoiding overload, energy waste caused by idling and extends the service life of the motor and components.

04 Variable-frequency start-up technology

The jaw crusher adopts variable-frequency start-up technology, which reduces the peak start-up current and extends the service life of the motor and components.

At the same time, the main unit is equipped with level sensor that precisely controls the material level, and features an optimized deep-chamber crushing structure that achieves a higher crushing ratio and ensures thorough material crushing.

With its flexible hydraulic CSS adjustment, the J-11D can meet production requirements for end products of various particle sizes.

05 An optional reverse function

The crusher of J-11D is available with an optional reverse function. If a blockage occurs, simply press a button to reverse the flow and quickly clear it. This design significantly eliminates safety risks from manual clearnup, reduces downtime and ensures continuous operations.
