The PT Pro S series mobile screening unit starts the engine to provide power when the entire machine is moving, the conveyor is folded or extended; during the screening operation, it uses an external power supply from the grid, without the need to start the engine, truly achieving zero emissions.

01 Flexible feeding, with optional configurations

The ST series is equipped with a 7.5m³ hopper with a detachable grille, while the SC series uses a 4.2m³ feeding hopper for direct feeding. Both can be fed by various mechanical means such as belt conveyors, excavators or loaders.

The PT Pro ST-08E is equipped with a detachable grille device that performs pre-scalping of the raw materials, enabling the separation of large particles and enhancing the efficiency of subsequent screening.

The PT Pro SC-08E is equipped with high-performance wear-resistant plates to ensure the service life of the hopper. The rear side plate of the hopper adopts a quick-insertion wedge mechanism, enabling quick removal of accumulated materials.

The transportation length of the PT Pro ST-08E is 18 meters, the width is 3.15 meters, and the height is 3.65 meters;

The transportation length of the PT Pro SC-08E is 15 meters, the width is 3.20 meters, and the height is 3.70 meters;

• Easy to walk

The Powertrack PT Pro S series mobile screening units chassis adopts a tracked walking mode, with a large ground clearance and a large climbing angle design, enabling it to easily handle various complex terrains.

• Efficient switching

The conveyor and the screening unit can switch between working and transportation modes through hydraulic cylinders, and can be quickly moved to another location without the need to remove any components.

03 Efficient screening, capacity guaranteed

• Screening unit

The screening unit adopts the SS series screening unit independently developed by Shaorui Heavy Industry. It is equipped with large clearance bearing vibrators, featuring an advanced structure, durability, low noise, and convenient maintenance;

The screening angle can be adjusted through hydraulic cylinders, and an appropriate working angle can be selected according to different materials and screen mesh specifications, making it more applicable.

• Screen mesh

The sieve structure consists of three layers with an area of 8.4 square meters each. Different specifications of sieve nets can be selected according to the requirements, and four types of finished materials can be produced.

The large excitation force is combined with a unique arc-shaped sieve surface structure, enabling effective and fine screening even under heavy-load operation conditions. A buffer device is installed at the material outlet to increase the service life of the screening machine.

04 Easy to maintain, reliable and durable

The sieve screen structure can be easily fixed and disassembled, saving the time for replacement. The large gap design between the upper, middle and lower three layers of the sieve surface makes maintenance more convenient.

The conveyor belt is equipped with a side-pulling structure of steel wire rope, which increases the load-bearing capacity and extends the service life of the equipment.

All conveyors are installed with anti-deviation devices, effectively preventing the belt from deviating.

• The engine that complies with the national IV emission standard has its hydraulic oil pump directly connected to the engine through a coupling, ensuring smooth and efficient power output;

• Equipped with domestic mainstream electronic control technology, human-machine interface and stable and efficient vibration motors, it is environmentally friendly while reducing power consumption and lowering the operating cost;

• The entire machine is equipped with emergency stop protection devices in multiple places, and the hydraulic support and mechanical support of the screening main unit have a dual insurance design. All hydraulic cylinders are equipped with safety valves to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment;
