The SRHeavy®SF series impact crushing unit has been optimally designed and adopts a single-chamber crushing structure, with a larger crushing chamber and a larger feed particle size.Taking the SF1213 impact crushing unit as an example, the feed opening size is 1 330x800 millimeters, and the maximum feed size can reach 600 millimeters.At the same time, by optimizing the breaker plate liner and high inertia rotor design, the production efficiency under various application conditions has been significantly improved.

The rotor design has been continuously improved, with an increase in rotational inertia and an enhancement in equipment output. 03 The unique plate hammer locking device is more durable

The hammers of this crusher are firmly fixed on the rotor through a set of wedge block assemblies, and the tightening torque is greater compared to other manufacturers. In addition, the contact surface between the hammers and the rotor has undergone mechanical precision processing, eliminating the gap between them, which significantly reduces the risk of hammer fracture.
