The Powertrack PT Pro SP-08D mobile scalping screening unit, is a compactly designed and highly efficient dual-power screening unit in the Powertrack Low-Carbon Pioneer Family Series. It can either operate independently for screening tasks or work in conjunction with primary crushing. It is widely used in the screening of surface soil from mines, earthwork processing, resource utilization of construction waste, and pre-scaiping of fine materials with high content such as river pebbles and slag, and can also efficiently handle cohesive materials.

01 Dual power drive

The innovative dual-drive design supports external grid power supply for driving, and is also equipped with a generator set for independent power generation. This not only reduces fuel consumption and lowers emissions, but also enables flexible adaptation to complex and variable working conditions. When connected to external power, the total power is 62kW, and the power of the onboard diesel engine is 110kW. The motor components are easier to maintain, and the intelligent control performance is more stable.

02 Compact design

The equipment has a length of 15.85 meters, a width of 3.45 meters and a height of 3.75 meters. It is suitable for general vehicles and complies with international transportation standards.

03 High output, flexible production

• A 5.5 cubic meter hopper with high-strength wear-resistant steel structure. It is equipped with a chain feeder that can handle large materials up to 600mm in size.

• An ultra-wide V-shaped belt conveyor is adopted to ensure continuous transportation of large materials, maximizing the utilization of the discharge height and allowing for more stacking.

• The main discharge belt is flexible in installation and can be adjusted according to the on-site conditions to change the process flow, enabling flexible switching between the production of 2 to 3 types of finished materials.

04 High screening efficiency

• The classic double-scalping technology features a vibrating amplitude of up to 15 millimeters for the scalping screening unit. With a larger amplitude, it is more suitable for screening viscous materials and can handle up to 500 tons per hour.

• The scalping areas of the upper and lower layers are the same. Each layer of the scalp has a scalping area of 7.4 square meters, resulting in high overall scalping efficiency.

• The top scalp screen can be selected as a grid sieve, finger-shaped sieve, perforated sieve, or woven net according to the working conditions. The bottom layer uses a woven sieve screen or a diamond-shaped anti-blocking sieve screen.

• The angle of the sieve box can be adjusted according to the properties of the material (10-17 degrees). The bottom layer adopts an arc-shaped sieve surface to ensure cleaner scalping.

05 Easy maintenance, lower operating costs

• The track is convenient for movement, has a large ground clearance for good off-road performance, and can smoothly and stably traverse various working conditions on the construction site. It can be flexibly and efficiently transferred between locations, achieving efficient production at any time and any place.

• A large number of motor components are used to replace hydraulic components, making maintenance and upkeep more convenient.

• The finished belt conveyor uses oil-immersed electric drums to reduce maintenance.

06 Safe and environmentally friendly, with high-end configuration

• Motor drive technology results in lower noise levels.

• The overall design incorporates multiple emergency stop protection devices to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

• Optional configuration of a spray system can effectively improve the construction environment and reduce dust pollution. While pursuing economic benefits, greater emphasis is placed on environmental protection.

• It is equipped with wired and wireless control devices, and combined with the crawler-type walking function, it enables easy remote operation and can be started and moved at any time.
