By adopting variable frequency system to control feeding speed, the feeding speed can be adjusted according to the crushing effect of the materials, ensuring smooth feeding and full-load feeding of the crusher, thereby fully exerting its crushing capacity.
The crushing unit has a load feedback function. When a risk of blockage is detected, the feeding speed can be reduced or feeding can be stopped to reduce faults and ensure continuous operation.

There are multiple emergency stop protection devices throughout the machine.
For raw materials containing difficult-to-crush metallic materials, a metal detector can also be optionally equipped on the belt feeder. The sensitivity can be flexibly adjusted according to the proportion of the metal content to further ensure the safety of equipment operation.

07 Precise Screening, Excellent Quality
The double-angle vibrating screen and side plate motor structure features a wide screen surface, allowing materials to pass through quickly, effectively reducing the thickness of the material layer.
Compared to traditional screening structures, the design with a large inclination angle at the feed end and a small inclination angle at the discharge end enables high-speed and efficient screening.
The screening unit utilizes the detachable vibrating screen and the return conveyor to work collaboratively, ensuring that the particle size and gradation of the end products meet precise standards.
The return conveyor rotates to discharge, increasing the variety of finished materials.
