Powertrack held the 2026 annual supplier conference on March 10th, aiming to enhance communication, clarify cooperation requirements, and jointly improve the levels of delivery time, quality and cost control.

Subsequently, the head of the overseas sales team, Gregorio Sanchez, provided a detailed account of the company's expansion in overseas markets and its future plans. He also shared the new requirements for the supply chain posed by overseas business, and encouraged supplier partners to actively adapt to international standards and quality requirements, jointly exploring the global market and contributing to the success of global customers.

Goal confirmation

During the "Powertrack Strategic Promotion" session, General Manager Wei Jing presented a comprehensive explanation of the company's future development direction and core strategy.

He pointed out that Powertrack focuses on high-cost-efficiency crushing and screening solutions. Through electrification of products and optimized supply chain, it achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement throughout the entire process. In the current market environment, it hopes to work together with suppliers to build a stable supply chain ecosystem.

The strategic purchasing director then presented the annual summary report, reviewing the cooperation achievements with suppliers over the past year, analyzing the current challenges in supply chain management, and proposing the procurement strategies and priorities for the next stage.

Focus on quality

The quality department head clearly explained the quality goals and assessment standards to the suppliers. He emphasized that the company would strictly implement the quality access mechanism and encourage suppliers to strive for excellence in quality management, jointly safeguarding product quality. 

The production department head then detailed the company's capacity planning and production schedule for the new year. He hoped that suppliers could reasonably arrange their capacity based on the production plan, ensuring the timeliness and stability of material supply, and jointly guarantee the smooth operation of the production line.
